Alan Frederick Hoffman

Alan Frederick Hoffman passed away peacefully on Dec 17 @11:55pm with his son Douglas and wife Karen by his side.

We would like to thank all the staff at Innisfree House Hospice and would like to give a special thanks to our Nurse Jess for making the transition as comfortable as possible.

Al leaves behind wife Karen Hoffman, 2 sons Douglas Hoffman and Dave Hoffman, 5 grandchildren Ashley Hoffman, DJ Hoffman, Chris Hoffman, Brooklyn Hoffman and Zoey Hoffman, great grandchildren Leo Hoffman and Ariel Hoffman, also a Sister Cheryl Deslate (Kevin) and many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his father, mother and sister.

Al was a very respected man within the community and widely known for owning Hoffman Truck and Trailer since 1997 he will be missed by everyone that has had the pleasure of meeting and working with him.
