Albert Emil Griese

Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends from a long battle with cancer on Thursday January 2, 2025 at the age of 75.

Born and raised in Pembroke, Ontario and retired from Babcock & Wilcox in Cambridge. Loved fishing and driving to wherever.

Loving father of Shannon Quibell (John), Stephanie Runstedler, and Trevor Griese (Denise)

Beloved partner of Bonnie Evens and her children Jonathan Evens (Apple) and William Evens.

Cherished grandfather of Evan Quibell, Kyle & Jaden Runstedler, Ava Griese and Sam and Zackery Evens.

Dear brother of Kenny Griese (Carol).

Predeceased by his late wife Lynda Griese, parents Harold and Lillian, his twin brother Allen and nephew Jeffrey Griese. Survived by several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday February 1st, 2025 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 2723 Victoria Street N, Breslau ON CAN N0B 1M0 from 1-4 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation as expressions of sympathy.
