Lisa Loring Cummings (nee Boyd)

1966 - 2023

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our mother, after a brief battle with lung cancer.  She passed peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at Grand River Hospital on Tuesday December 5, 2023 at the age of 57 years.

She was born in High River and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Lisa dedicated over 20 years of her career to Coca Cola as a Parts Administrator.

Loving and cherished mother of Curtis (Samantha) Cummings of Kitchener and Corey (Kyle Lapointe) Cummings of Cambridge and she will be missed by their father; Nick Cummings.

She was the very proud Nana of Nathan, Brooklyn, Matthew, and Emma.

Dear sister-in-law of Cheri Boyd of Calgary and adoring aunt of Paula and Douglas Boyd.

Predeceased by her parents; Bill and Helen Boyd and by a brother Mark Boyd.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place and a private family gathering will be held at later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre as expressions of sympathy.
