Margaret Anne Taylor
With grace and dignity, surrounded by the people she loved so dearly, our beautiful Mommy and Grammie, Margaret Anne Taylor (Sparks), passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital on March 1, 2024 at the age of 81 years. It took her so quickly but her beauty shone right through to the very end.
Maggie T was born July 8, 1942 and she was the most wonderful and loving Mom to Robert and Susan (Scott). Cherished Grandma to Jessica (Andrew) and Chelsea (Shawn). Adored Grammie to Great Grandsons Jaden and Jace.
She leaves behind her loving brother Charlie Sparks, his wife Sharon, and sister-in-law Fran. Cherished by her late siblings Russ, Ruby and Bruce.
All who knew her, and there were many, loved and adored her. She lit up the room whenever she entered and the love she had for her family and dearest friends was as enormous as her giving heart.
This has left a huge void that will never be filled, but there is comfort in knowing that she will always be near in our thoughts and in our hearts.
As she told us in her final hours, "Everything is going to be OK. Tomorrow is another day".
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held this summer, to honour the beautiful woman Maggie was, and to celebrate all of the lives she touched throughout her lifetime.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society as expressions of sympathy.
