Wayne Duguid

1943 - 2024

It is with great sadness that the family of Wayne Duguid announces his sudden passing on Saturday May 4th, 2024 at the age of 80.

Beloved husband of 61 years to MaryAnn (nee Hoffos). Cherished father of Les (Marcela), Shana (Larry) and Cheryl.  Loving grandfather and train conductor to Nelson (Talea), Nathan, David, and Matthew. Dear brother of Stuart and Helen.

Predeceased by his parents Jim and Jean (nee Holt). He will also be deeply missed by his nieces, nephews and his furry companion, Max.

Wayne was the proud owner of Top Tech Electronics for over 30 years. Wayne was an avid enthusiast of model trains and remote control airplanes. He would often be found with one of his grandchildren driving trains or making his many beautiful wooden creations.

At Waynes’ request there will be no service and cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation as expressions of sympathy.
