Anne was especially close with her siblings, and will be forever missed by her sister Margaret (Doug) Adams, brother Raymond (Lori) Copeland, brother Lorne (“friend-in-law” Gwen) Copeland, sister Carol (Charlie) Vallie, brother Dennis (Tracey) Copeland. She will be deeply missed by her, daughter Angelia (Kevin) Vink, Son Tony (Kathleen) Vink, grand daughter Courtney (David) McLagan, great-grandchildren Paitynn, Rilee, Colton and Jaxon. As well as the many nieces and nephews whom she meant so much to.
Anne was an amazing, caring, incredibly stubborn woman who always put others first, she spent her life caring for and helping so many around her. There are so many wonderful memories of Anne. Her family are so very grateful, as was she, for her amazing friends who supported her and cared for her when the time came. Especially for the women who helped her live her best days during her battle, Suzie, Pat, Kay and Mary as well as countless others, have been absolute godsends taking her on so many adventures these past few months so she could “Live it up for the summer” as she had wished.
Anne had many accomplishments in life, be it her children or various sports achievements. She spent most of her adult years playing baseball, darts, pool and various card games with her friends and family at the Royal Canadian Legion. Anne was also very artistic and shared her love of painting and knitting with many over the years. She was a very caring and generous person during her life to carry on her memory we ask that any donations be sent to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #272 - Hespeler or Branch #6 - Owen Sound, as she was a long time member of both, as well as the Arthritis Society of Canada.
There will be a celebration of life November 26, 1pm to 4pm at the Hespeler Legion, 26 Schofield St, Cambridge, Ontario. Please take some time to send any photos of Anne or kind words about her to memoriesofanne52@gmail.com for use in a collage.
