Betty Daisy Hoddinott

Betty ‘Daisy’ Hoddinott passed away peacefully on January 27, 2024 at Grand River Hospital Freeport Site in her 64th year.

Born in Toronto, Ontario March 4, 1960 to Frank and Mary Hoddinott, she was the 2nd out of 5 children.

Cherished Sister to Dwight (Ana), Lorne (Christa), Lew (Marcie) and Lorraine (Frank). Loving mother to Amber (Matt), Adam (Ashleigh), Kristie and Kaitlyn (Matt R.). Amazing Aunt/Uncle to Kevin, Shawn, R.J. And Joycelynn. Wonderful Grandmother to Nathaniel, Dylan, Lilly, Scotty, Emilio, Skylar and Aubrey. “Adopted” mother to each and every one of her children’s friends always available to support them or give them a safe space to chill or stay over.

Predeceased by both of her parents, her aunts, uncles and cousins.

Daisy will be greatly missed and remembered by all her friends and family and extra kids as well. We all have some funny or loving stories to keep her close.

 A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 3, 2024 at  20 Roy Blvd, Unit 13 Brantford. From 12 noon till 5 pm.  All are welcome to attend and join the family.
