Betty Marie Sommers (nee Coulos)

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Wellington Hospice, Guelph on Saturday October 7, 2023 at the age of 77 years.
 
Beloved husband of the late Richard Sommers (2015). Loving mother of Richard Sommers (Lisa) and Jeff Sommers. Cherished grandmother of Austin, Darrin, Kristen and Faith.  She is survived by her brother’s Cliff Rose and Jim Rose (Aline) sister in law Betty Schultz and  brother in laws Gary Sommers (Joanne) and David Sommers (Ingrid).

Predeceased by her father; Peter Coulos, by her mother Jenny (Magnussen) and by her step-father Charlie Rose.

Cremation has taken place. A private family gathering to celebrate Betty’s life to be held at a later date.

Special thank you to the staff at Wellington Hospice for their kindness and exceptional care shown to our family and our mother during her brief stay.
