Fernande Roberts (nee Lavallee)
September 20, 1943 - October 6, 2023
Peacefully on October 6, 2023, surrounded by love and her family, Fernande Roberts (nee Lavallee), passed away at the age of 80.
We take comfort knowing she is reunited with her forever love and husband Bruce (2004) and daughter Lynn (1967). Fern is survived by her son Kelly and Christine, and daughter Lisa and Mark. Loving Memere to her cherished grandsons Owen, Evan, Ian and Casey, she enjoyed attending their school events and sporting games, always along the sidelines cheering on her boys.
Fern was the 4th of 8 children and following their marriage in 1966, she and Bruce moved from Rouyn Noranda, Quebec to settle in Stoney Creek to start their family. She was blessed with lifelong friends, kind neighbours and a large extended family throughout her life.
A private family interment will take place. A funeral service and Celebration of Moms life is scheduled on Saturday November 4th at St. Paul the Apostle, 2265 Headon Rd, Burlington, ON L7M 4E2 . Funeral service to begin at 11:00am in the chapel and reception at 11:30am in the Parish hall.
