Carol Ann Tulk

1947- 2025

Carol Ann Tulk passed away unexpectedly at home in Kitchener on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at the age of 78.

Carol was devoted to her family and had a passion for helping others. After studying nursing at Niagara College, she dedicated her life to rescuing and caring for animals. She loved classic movies, dreamed of visiting Britain, and had many creative talents, including sewing, baking, and flower arranging. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion.

Beloved wife and best friend of Wilbert Tulk, with whom she shared over 41 years of marriage.

Loving and dedicated mother to Scott Tulk, Kimberly Smith, Cheri-Ann Chowan (Duane), and Carrie Santon-Huble. Cherished grandmother of Tia, Ryan, Stephanie, and Joy; Katrina, Kayla, Kyron Ellsworth and Marsha Facey; the late Courtney Chowan (1991); Keshia and Cody Chowan; and Justine and Jamie Santon.

Predeceased by her parents, George and Ruth Ann Stoliker (née Bedford), and her brother, Tom Stoliker.

Carol will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her relatives, friends, and neighbors.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Kitchener Waterloo Humane Society would be appreciated as an expression of sympathy.
