Donald Gosselin

On May 14, 2024 Don Gosselin peacefully passed away at Lisaard House after a lengthy battle from diabetes complications.

Don is survived by his loving wife of over 55 years Janice along with his three daughters and sons-in-law Nichola & Michael LaFlamme, Justine & Colin Detzler, Amy & Troy Grenier and his three grandsons, Joshua, Cameron, and Adam.

Predeceased by his parents William and Annette Gosselin, his brother Ray Gervais (Marion), his sister Diane Tompkins, Uncle Ted and Auntie Marie Poznanski and his birth mother Jeanette Gervais who passed away in a tragic car crash in North Bay shortly after he was born.

Don will be fondly remembered by his long-time friends of over 50 years Gerd & Carol Warkus, Rob & Ann Lorentz, and Don & Debbie Antoniak along with many other friends he met throughout his career and life.

Don touched many lives throughout his 77 years, and he will be greatly missed.

Thank you to the amazing staff at Lissard House for making Don’s final days so comfortable and peaceful.

Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Don’s life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lisaard House would be appreciated by the family.
