Jacob (Jake) Seaton

Jake passed away at Lisaard House on Friday February 28, 2025, in his 62nd year, following a hard fought battle with cancer.

Jake was predeceased by his father Douglas (2023), and his mother Jean (2010). He is survived by his sons; Matthew Seaton and Michael Seaton. Also survived by his brothers Robert Seaton and Paul (Sharon) Seaton.

In true “Jake” Fashion, he was washing windows and sweeping floors in his room until his last day. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Lisaard House and all their staff for the amazing care Jake received.

Please join us in celebrating Jake’s life on Saturday March 8, 2025, from 1-4 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. # 272 (Hespeler Legion), 26 Schofield St., Cambridge. Donations to Lisaard House would be appreciated.
