Mecys "Mickey" Vasiliauskas

Peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Oct 30 2023 at the age of 95.

Beloved husband for 65 years of the late Georgena. Loving father to Kristina (Murray), Donna (Glenn). Proud g-pa of Andrew, Michael (Hannah), Patrick (Andrea). He is dearly missed yet we have many precious, humorous, family memories.

Mecys was born in Lithuania to Vincas & Elena (nee Miliunaite). He was predeceased by his cherished sister Joana ("Yeni") & brother-in-law Juozas Zenkevicius. As well, his Leedham in-laws; George & Eva ("Mumma"), Tom, Jim, Sandra, Joyce (Jim). He is survived by brothers Vytautas (Kristina), Edmundas (Maryte, Jura predeceased) & dear sister-in-law Alice Flood (Keith predeceased). Also survived by many nieces & nephews in Canada, United States & cousins in Lithuania.

A special thank you to; Gertrude, Jonathon, Marshall, Paul, Phillip & Nicole. A private family celebration of his life was held & interment will be in New Liskeard, Pioneer Cemetery.
