Minnie Frances March
1936 - 2025
Passed away peacefully at home and surrounded by the love of her family on Sunday January 12th, 2025 at the age of 88 years.
Born and raised in Southport NL, Minnie was a homemaker, mother and grandmother all her life. She was the beloved wife of the late Eric March who predeceased her in 2007. They were married for over 53 years.
Minnie was the loving Mother of Linda (John), Darrell (Kathy), Bernadette (Brian), Janice (Gerald), Brian (Cindy), Rosalie (Bert), Susan (Michael), Sandra and Darren (Sue).
She was cherished by her grandchildren Michael & Paul Castle, Ian March, Kenneth Primmer, Amanda Knight, Danielle Ferguson, Arisia Swytzun, Crystal & Joe March, Kristen & Rachel Blundon, Michaela Adams, Taryn & Jillian Geofreda, Erica, Catherine, and Nicholas March. And she will be missed by her 10 great grandchildren: Shyla, Alisia & Joshua Castle, Cassidy, Zaccai & Mikyla Knight, River and Indie Kotyk, Lily & Cole Ferguson, Bruce March and Michael Healey.
Predeceased by her parents Mary Jane (nee Spurrell) and Walter Avery and by her precious grandson Jordan Scimia, son of daughter Sandra.
She will be fondly remembered by a wide circle of friends and relatives for her quiet and mild spirit, her kindness to people and love for animals.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, January 18th at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 11 Torch Lane, Guelph ON and on Zoom.

Interment at a later date in Newfoundland beside her husband.
