Nevin Francis Koebel

November 12, 1966 – April 26, 2023
 
Passed away too soon at Hospice of Waterloo with friends and family by his side on April 26, 2023 at he age of 56 years.

Nevin is predeceased by his father Elroy (1993) and his mother Doris Stiles (2002), and sister Donna (2021). He will sadly be missed by his brothers Mike (Deb), Randy (Heather) and by his sister Janice (Bruce) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Nevin will be sorrowfully missed by his cousin Trish, who will always cherish their childhood memories and by Bill who will deeply miss his cousin “Wally”. He will also be greatly missed by his long time friend, Tina, who was there for him in his time of need and by his “Golden Girl” Helen, who put a beautiful smile on his face especially in his last days.

He was a wanderer. Thumbing to BC to plant trees; being a face in the crowd for an Amanda Marshal video and many more intriguing adventures.  Nevin had a heart of gold; perhaps that is why he loved shiny things so much. He had a great respect for nature and animals. He enjoyed camping and just being outdoors. His love of music allowed him the ability to express his thoughts on to paper in a beautiful and poetic way. His many friends will miss his thoughtful nature, his sense of humour and his creativity.

Cremation has taken place and there will be a Graveside Ceremony at St. Josephs RC Cemetery 7613 Line # 86, Linwood Ontario ( Macton Cemetery ) on Wednesday May 31st, 2023 at 10 am.
