Patricia Ruth Border

Peacefully passed at Innisfree House, Kitchener on Saturday February 1, 2025 surrounded by the love of her family.

Beloved wife of the late Donald J. Border (2017).  Loving mother of Holly Lynn and her husband Trent Ryan. Cherished grandmother of Halle Ryan.  Predeceased by her parents; Lyall and Etta McInnis.

Ruth worked for the Bank of Montreal (BMO) for over 30 years. She loved spending time with her family and shopping with her granddaughter. She was an incredible baker, and many were able to reap the benefits from this passion.

At Ruth’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation will take place with an interment in Chatsworth Cemetery in the future.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Innisfree House and the exceptional care that they provided.
