Alan Heyes

Passed away suddenly on February 4, 2025 at St. Luke's Place Retirement Residence in Cambridge, Ontario one month after his 83rd birthday.

Cherished father of Mark Heyes, Neil Heyes (Tina ) Proud grandfather of Aidan and Megan Heyes Dear brother of John Heyes.

Reunited with his beloved wife Jenifer (2020). Predeceased by his parents Joesph and Ethel Heyes.

Special mention to his friends at St. Luke's that will miss him dearly, especially at dart and cornhole weekly nights.

Alan was born in UK and brought his family to Canada 1976 where he worked as a fitter.

His love for soccer was well known.  He coached soccer and helped run the Cambridge Youth soccer Club for many years. Watching soccer has always continued to be his favourite pass time. Sunday mornings consisted of him sharing how rubbish a team was!

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Cambridge Humane Society or Canadian Kidney foundation (as he was on dialysis for 12 years) would be appreciated by the family.
