Tracey Carlyon

1960-2023

Passed away peacefully at Freeport Hospital on Sunday October 29, 2023 at the age of 63 years. 

Tracey was born in Darlington, Uk and moved to Canada with her parents in 1966.  

She will be especially missed by Helmut Siemens. Beloved daughter of Marjorie Carlyon of Kitchener. Cherished sister of Tim Carlyon (Christie) and the Best Aunt to Conner, Caleb and Corbin all of Kitchener and  Great Aunt to Lilly.   She is predeceased by her father Edwin Carlyon.  

Cremation has taken place.  A private family gathering will be held at a later date, with an interment in Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Freeport Hospital or a charity of choice as expressions of sympathy.
