Vida Nikolic

1951- 2025

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Vida Nikolić (nee Knežević) at Sunnyside Long Term Care Home, Kitchener on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at the age of 73.  

Vida struggled with many medical issues but was a fighter until her very last breath.

She is the loving mother of Marina (Dean).  Cherished grandmother of Andjela, Strahinja and Uroš.  Predeceased by her parents Stevan and Stoja Knezevic (nee Tarbuk).

Vida leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and strength that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family.   She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

Family would like to thank some staff members at Sunnyside Home and will be doing so in a private way. You truly were the air in her lungs and kept her around for the last two years.

Cremation has taken place. A Private family gathering for a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
