Arnold Alexander McDonald
Arnold was born on October 31, 1934, to James Curry McDonald and Nellie Franklin in Cornwall Ontario. He was educated in the one-room schoolhouse in Summerstown Station, Char-Lan High School, Toronto Bible College, (BTh), Wilfred Laurier University (BA) and Queens Theological Seminary (MDiv).
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Helen, their four daughters, Jennifer (Jeff) VanAllen, Martha Muhindo, Sara (John) Rydall, and Laura (Ian) Ross, and ten grandchildren Zack (Laurence), JD (Michelle), Kyle (Bri), Bethany, Steven, Brooklynn, Sydney, Tori, Colton, Savannah, and three step great grand children, also his brothers Jim and Don, and sisters-in-law Judy, Mae, Alice and Lorene, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by sister Margaret, brothers Jack, and Vernon, sisters-in-law Cathy, Jean and Norma, and brothers-in-law, Morgan, Norman, and Lowell.
A service of worship and celebration of his life will be held in “The Chapel” at Heritage College & Seminary, 175 Holiday Inn Drive, Cambridge ON on Saturday, February 1 at 10:30 with visitation on Friday January 31 from 2-4 and 6-8, at the Ian & Laura Ross family home 241 Glen Morris Road East, Brant (St. George) ON.
