Barbara Jane Goodwin (nee Sayer)

September 25, 2024, Age 73

It is with great sorrow and a greater hope that we announce the death of Jane Goodwin who died surrounded by family on September 25th, 2024 at the Stratford Rotary Hospice. Jane is survived by husband, John, son, John Matthew (Kim), awesome grandkids Zephy, Eden, and Titus, sisters Margaret Toner (Al) and Joanne Poletto (Mario), and her favourite nieces and nephews.

Jane was a great woman of God whose ministry has touched many lives across the globe. She authored four children’s books and had a heart for people that was full of the love of God, which she dispensed through hugs and her spoken and written words. She leaves behind a strong legacy of faith in Jesus Christ from a life bearing fruit.

Thanks to the staff of London’s University Hospital, Stratford General Hospital, and the Stratford Rotary Hospice for their ongoing care.

She will be missed by many.

Funeral to take place at 1 P.M. on October 4th, at Jubilee Stratford, 707 Downie Street, Stratford, Ontario N5A 1Y8.
