Grandchildren : Travis Hogwood, Stephanie Kehl, Michael Hogwood, Olivia Hogwood.
Great Grandchildren: Clair, Emma, Emmette & Kiara Hogwood.
In-laws: Sheila Wilson, Delores & Jerry Smith, Linda Paling, Marg Aitken.
Lots of nieces and nephews.
His best friend: Baboy Tabinsky.

Dear friends, family, colleagues,
We are sad to announce the tremendous loss of our beloved father & papa who passed at home. He was unlike any other, an incredibly loved man by all who he encountered.
If you got the chance to hear one of his stories, you’d know he was a coal miner back home & about all the travels to and from Nova Scotia. He was apart of the Canadian Army, a member of the Hespeler Legion, played sports such as baseball, curling & hunting with his dogs & grandsons. Card games, a western movie or book and the horse races will be memories we will forever cherish.
We will forever honour you by living in the values you instilled in us.

God has you in his hands & we have you in our hearts!
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you there will be no funeral or celebration of life as we will be respecting his wishes in not participating in those events. Cremated ashes will be buried together with his wife Bonnie McEachern at a later date. Those who wish to attend that date can contact daughters Debbie & Deanne.
The family wishes a special thanks to those friends & family who have reached out to the immediate family personally, who are heartbroken with their loss & to incredible doctors who’ve helped along the way.
We hope you reminisce on good memories & keep those near and dear to you.
