Howard Douglas MacGregor

November 29, 1965 - February 15th, 2024

Howard Douglas MacGregor passed away on Feb 15th, 2024, peacefully in his home, after a long struggle with liver disease.

Howard spent many years as a tow motor operator and working with cars. He loved to cook whenever he had a chance, particularly for family BBQ's and holidays. In his younger days, Howard was an avid fisherman and hunter. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and he loved spending time with them whenever he could. If you knew Howard, you knew his laugh and his voice were always larger and louder than life.

Howard will be sadly missed by longtime friend and partner Bonnie Redmond and her children, Matt Redmond, Jenny and Jason Mason, and Daniel and Mary Redmond. He was a proud grandfather to Logan and Lyla Mason, and Bryson and Leo Redmond.

Predeceased by his parents Becky and Merle MacGregor, and beloved siblings Gary and Carol MacGregor, and Gord MacGregor.

He is survived by; Jim MacGregor (Beloved Helen), Harry MacGregor (Brenda), Marion Patrick (Ed), Ralph MacGregor, Dianne MacGregor, MaryAnn Bonnell (John), Vianna MacGregor and Shirley MacGregor (Beloved Harry).

Howard was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the nurses, doctors, and other staff from the Liver Health Clinic at Cambridge Memorial Hospital for the care that Howard received over the last 2 years.

Howard will be cremated at Tri-City Cremation Services and there will be a celebration of life later this year to honor him.
