James “Jim” Robert Moore

James “Jim” Robert Moore of Cambridge passed peacefully Saturday, April 29, 2023.

He is survived by children Linnea (Kyle) Moore, Benjamin (Alexys) Moore; beloved furry friend, Lewie; Mother, Violet, Brother, Steve (Ida) Sisters, Lisa (Derek), Tammy-Jo (Michael), and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jim was born December 31, 1958, in Chatham, Ontario to Lewis and Violet Moore. He enjoyed many things in his lifetime including: a passion for golf, a love for his family, and supporting the local legion. He was a superintendent at Puslinch Lake Golf Course for 40 years. He is predeceased by his wife Susan, Father Lewis, furry friend Thunder, and many other beloved family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lisaard House of Cambridge.

A celebration of life for Jim will be held Saturday June 10, 2023, doors will be open at 1pm, service start at 2 p.m, with visiting until 5 pm, where the sharing of stories/memories will be most welcomed, at the Royal Canadian Legion #272 in Hespeler.
