Ko-Chien Liu
August 8, 1928 – January 27, 2025

With deep sorrow, yet with faith in the Lord’s eternal promise, we announce the peaceful passing of Ko-Chien Liu on January 27, 2025, at Innisfree Hospice. He was 96 years old, a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, and great grandfather whose life was marked by faith, kindness, and unwavering love for his family.
Ko-Chien was an upright, caring man with a gentle spirit, always placing the needs of others before his own. He lived with integrity and humility, leaving behind a legacy of faith and compassion. His presence brought warmth to those around him, and his wisdom and kindness will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Chen Chou Liu, his children Diana and Victor, his daughter-in-law Polly, his grandchildren Ryan, Annie, Bethany, Caleb, and Maegan, his grand daughter-in-law Sindy, and great grandchildren Arthur and Benjamin.
Funeral Arrangements
• Interment: February 7, 2025, at Memory Gardens, at 11:00 AM (private family service).
• Memorial Service: March 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM at True Jesus Church in Kitchener-Waterloo.
Ko-Chien lived a life of faith and devotion, actively participating in the church. His steadfast belief in Christ was evident in his daily prayers and the love he showed to those around him.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Innisfree Hospice in Kitchener, where he received compassionate care in his final days.

我們懷著萬分不捨的心情，但也滿懷信心地仰望主的應許，通知您劉克儉弟兄已於2025年1月27日在Innisfree Hospice安息主懷，在世旅居96載。他是一位敬虔愛主的丈夫、慈愛的父親、疼愛孫兒的長輩。他一生秉持信仰，以愛與真誠對待每一個人，為家人和朋友留下了無比珍貴的回憶與榜樣。
劉克儉弟兄為人正直、關懷他人，待人溫和有禮。他總是先顧念他人的需要，謙遜且誠懇地過著每一天。他的睿智與愛心溫暖了無數人的心，他的離世讓我們深感不捨，但他的美好品格與精神將永遠長存。
他摯愛的妻子陳紂，子女正芬和文魁，媳婦以惠，孫兒張安邦、張安妮、惠文、謙睿和巧恩，孫兒媳婦林立心，以及曾孫張文和張予將永遠懷念他，珍藏與他共度的每一刻時光。

• 安葬禮：2025年2月7日（五），上午11:00，Memory Gardens (僅限家屬參加)
• 告別式：2025年3月9日（日），下午1:00，真耶穌教會 Kitchener-Waterloo會堂
劉克儉弟兄一生敬虔事奉，熱心參與教會聚會。他每日讀經禱告，藉著生命的見證向世人彰顯神的恩典與慈愛。
