Yvonne Quigley

1949 - 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yvonne Quigley on September 22, 2024, at the age of 75. Yvonne was born in Tyldesley Lancashire, England to Terry and Ethel Quigley.

Yvonne was known for her strong will, unwavering determination and love and support for her family and friends. 

Prior to retirement, Yvonne was a dedicated and passionate nurse who touched the lives of many.  Yvonne’s unwavering commitment to patient care and advocacy earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and patients alike. 

Yvonne was a devote member of the Westheights Community Church.

Yvonne was predeceased by her parents, Terry and Ethel, her brother Terry and her daughter Julie.  She is survived by her son Stephen (Melissa), her siblings Stephen (Jean) and Janet (Ian), her grandchildren Michael, Taylor (Tristen), Ayden (Marlowe), Carter, Paige, Holly and Dalton (Ainsleigh), her greatgrandchildren, Madison, Myles and Talon.

Yvonne’s family would like to thank her dear friend, Sandra Chapman for all of her dedication and support throughout Yvonne’s battle with cancer.

There will be a service/celebration of life which will be held on Thursday October 3rd at 1pm at Westheights Community Church, 82 Westheights Dr., Kitchener, ON.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Westheights Community Church.
